I Adore People Who Do Not Disappoint Any Day Of The Year

I adore people who do not disappoint. I like people who remain, who do not decontextualize, who do not dramatize, who do not disappoint. I like them because with them I learn to love myself when fears appear and weaknesses rule my life.

I also like them because they are on sunny days and on rainy days, because they have shown me that they are always a good hug, that people are worth it and that there is still something in this world that remains.

And there are people who are beautiful every day of the year, who help us to understand with the most beautiful melody that what emanates from the heart is what elevates us and that smells like home. More than anything because home is within them, in their place in our life.

The other side of the coin, the people who remain

Because there is also another reality in the people we surround ourselves with, the cross of the face. They are the people with whom we are disappointed, who make us unfairly mistrust good people, who make us think that honesty, sensitivity and respect are conspicuous by their absence in this crazy world.

These are the people who would rather stop talking to us than apologize for something they did wrong. There are also those who distance themselves because the relationship simply no longer interests them or that they let misunderstandings drive emotional miles.

With them it is difficult to let our heart beat without pain. It is impossible for us to love without guilt or hug without fear. But the facades fall under their own weight, the rubber bands of the masks break and the truth screams itself, becoming an echo.

Understanding through the soul

There are people with whom we understand each other with a glance, because complicity crosses the soul. And it is that those who give meaning to our life are those with whom we share it.

With them it is more difficult to hide a smile than to explain why we are sad. With them we go against the current. They want to save you, they look out for your good, they want you to happen, to get a boost, to get out of the hole.

That is why we like these people who never disappoint, because they go straight ahead and look you in the eye. Because it makes you wake up, because it caresses your wounds, because it fills every achievement and every little detail with love.

The principle of unconditionality

It is difficult to hug without fear when we have had to survive a slam of the door, a blow that silenced us, made us swallow hard, opened a wound and forced us to shiver with cold.

But thanks to this we know how to recognize unconditionally, the boundless kindness, humility, honesty, kindness, respect and sincere affection. Thus we know that we must move away from selfishness, bitterness, hypocrisy and pride.

Is that choosing with whom to share life is one of the most beautiful coincidences that exist. There will always be some people who subtract, others who add, others who contribute and others who engage. But then there will be those from which it is impossible to separate, even if hundreds of kilometers do so. They are the people who do not disappoint.
